Geoff completed two monographs on the New South Wales elections of 1930 and 1932 for the University of Sydney & NSW Parliamentary Library series on twentieth century NSW elections. These were reprinted (without footnotes) in The People's Choice: Electoral Politics in Twentieth Century New South Wales.

A forthcoming collection on Indian politics edited by Prakash Sarangi and published by Social Science Press, New Delhi, will include a chapter by Geoff on contemporary Indian Communism.

In mid 2008 Australian Scholarly Publishing will release a book based on Geoff's doctoral thesis entitled When the Labor Party Dreams: Class, Politics and Economic Crisis in New South Wales 1930-32.
